How MorCommerce operates as merchant of record

MorCommerce (Neksoft Limited) is authorised by its partner suppliers to sell their products, and sells them to consumers as the seller of record. When a consumer buys, they are transacting with MorCommerce, not with the supplier.

  • Our name on the statement. Consumers see MORCOMMERCE.COM on their card statement and agree to our Terms of Sale at checkout.
  • We own tax compliance. MorCommerce is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT on its sales.
  • We own refunds and disputes. Refunds and chargebacks are handled by MorCommerce as the merchant, under our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Suppliers are vendors, not sub-merchants. Partners supply products to us and are paid a revenue-share supplier fee. They don't process payments through MorCommerce's accounts and never receive consumer funds directly.

Partner due diligence

Every partner is verified before going live. That covers identity or business verification, beneficial ownership for companies, and evidence of their right to sell their products. We monitor partners on an ongoing basis and review refund and dispute levels for each partner.

Product standards

We sell only products that meet our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited categories are refused at onboarding, and products found in breach are removed from sale.

Payment security

Card payments are processed by PCI DSS–compliant payment processors. MorCommerce doesn't store full card numbers on its own systems.

Payment-partner rules

MorCommerce processes consumer payments only on its own merchant accounts, for its own sales, and operates within the terms and card-network rules of its payment partners.

We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. See our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

Consumers and partners can raise a complaint at [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
