1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, either from the link in any receipt email or by emailing [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then and won't be charged again.
2. 14-day refund on first purchase
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a product delivered online, or of the first payment of a new subscription. Shipped products can be returned within 14 days of delivery under our Shipping & Returns Policy.
3. Renewals
If you forgot to cancel, you can request a refund of a renewal charge within 7 days of the renewal date, provided you haven't used the product since that renewal. Your subscription will be cancelled when the refund is issued.
4. Charges we always refund
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
- Charges you didn't authorise. We may ask a few questions to protect your account.
- Products that were not delivered, or that are materially different from their description, where we can't fix the issue.
5. When refunds may be declined
Outside the periods above, payments for periods already started are generally non-refundable. We may also decline refunds where there's clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or downloading an entire catalogue before requesting a refund. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your checkout email address, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason. We'll reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.
7. Contact us before disputing a charge
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. See billing help.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. Where local law gives you a longer cancellation or withdrawal right, that right applies.
