1. Who ships your order
Shipped products are sold by MorCommerce and dispatched by our partner suppliers on our behalf. Your order, delivery and returns are handled under this policy and our Terms of Sale, and MorCommerce remains responsible to you for delivery.
2. Processing time
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment, unless the product page says otherwise (for example, made-to-order or pre-order items).
3. Delivery times and costs
Available destinations, shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, customs and public holidays.
4. Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link where the carrier provides one.
5. Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. Where checkout shows duties as included, MorCommerce pays them. Otherwise they are payable by the recipient on delivery.
6. Late, lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order details (and photos for damage) within 14 days. We'll trace the parcel and, if it can't be delivered or the item is damaged or wrong, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
7. Returns
You can return most products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
The following can't be returned unless faulty: personalised or made-to-order items, perishable goods, sealed hygiene or personal-care products that have been opened, and gift cards.
8. How to return an item
Email [email protected] with your order details before sending anything back. We'll send return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a return authorisation may not be accepted.
9. Return shipping costs
If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. For other returns, you pay return shipping unless the product page says otherwise.
10. Refunds for returns
We refund the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If the return is due to our error, we also refund the original shipping charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.
11. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer law of your country. Where local law gives you longer return or warranty rights, those rights apply.
